Sales and Operations Trainee

All-Phase Electric Supply is seeking dynamic and driven individuals for our full-time Sales and Operations Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop the next generation of sales and operations leaders by providing comprehensive, hands-on training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Trainees will gain in-depth knowledge of electric fundamentals, warehouse operations, supplier product seminars, sales strategies, and interpersonal skills.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn about the electrical distribution industry, are sales-oriented, and thrive in a customer-focused environment. Successful candidates will be prepared for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Training: Learn the fundamentals of sales, including generating new business, managing customer accounts, and building lasting relationships. Participate in product seminars to enhance your product knowledge and develop sales strategies.
• Operations Training: Gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, order fulfillment, and safe delivery practices. Ensure all materials are delivered accurately and on time to meet customer needs.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by processing orders, addressing inquiries, and delivering products with efficiency and professionalism. Respond to customer needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Driver/Warehouse Duties: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver electrical materials to customers. Assist in loading and unloading materials in the warehouse, ensuring products are organized and ready for shipment.
• Product Knowledge & Interpersonal Skills: Engage in supplier product seminars and sales training sessions to gain a deeper understanding of the products we offer. Enhance interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or material handling
• Experience in warehouse operations or delivery driver roles
