All-Phase Electric Supply, part of Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), is seeking energetic self-starters for our Management Training Program. About the Program: CED’s highly structured 2-3 year Management Training Program is designed to prepare candidates for leadership roles in sales and management. This comprehensive program offers hands-on training in all aspects of the business to prepare you to run your own multi-million-dollar location upon completion.
On-the-job training lasts for 2-3 years and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, inside sales, project management, inventory management and outside sales. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management.
No prior industry experience is necessary, we give you the tools you need to know to be successful with CED. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry.
Program Timeline (Rotations):
- Warehouse Training – 3 months
- Counter Sales Training – 3 months
- Operations Training – 6 months
- Customer Service Training – 6 months
- Outside Sales Training – 12 months
Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to key areas, including:
- Electrical Fundamentals
- Warehouse Operations
- Supplier Product Seminars
- Inventory Control
- Sales and Interpersonal Skills
- Information Technology
- Quality Assurance
You’ll also receive online training related to electrical systems, sales, and management to complement the on-the-job learning.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship)
- Willingness and ability to relocate during and after the program
Preferred Traits:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Desire to succeed and take on new challenges
- Proven leadership skills or experience in team environments
Work Environment: Conditions vary throughout the program, including warehouse, office, and external environments. Training may include lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to extreme weather conditions. There will also be travel by both car and air for certain segments.
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 Annually
Locations Available: Michigan and Indiana
