Insurance Customer Account Representative
All Premier Insurance Agency is currently seeking an account representative to support our team of insurance producers. We are looking for a professional who is interested in helping our business grow by providing our current and potential customers with a positive customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email.
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
- Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to management.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- File documents.
- Manage a large number of incoming calls.
- Maintains office supplies by checking inventory levels and communicating inventory needs to management.
- Grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- People-oriented.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to clearly and accurately present information to customers.
- Louisiana Property and Casualty Insurance license.
