Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating grading machinery to prepare surfaces for asphalt paving. This role requires a strong understanding of various equipment and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The Grader will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate grading equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, dump trucks, and loaders, to perform earthmoving tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such as a grader, dump trucks, and/or loaders.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
- Experience in digging with backhoe a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
