TEMP TO HIRE -Human Resource Clerk
Responsibilities & Duties
- Frequent phone interaction with field employees and managers
- Help with new-hire procedures, including employee onboarding, I9s and creating new employee files
- Review and correct all new hire paperwork received from field
- Ensure managers stay on top of timecard responsibilities
- Create and distribute HR reports as needed
- Help managers with scheduling needs
- Heavy printing and filing duties
- Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential
- Partner with HR/Payroll Representative to address market needs as they arise
- Assist HR team with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in a close team environment
- Positive attitude
