Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales and Marketing Agent to increase market share in the Indianapolis area by selling HVAC, plumbing, and drain services to building owners, property managers, and multi-family portfolio asset managers. This role combines sales outreach, social media marketing, content creation, and paid ad management to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Outreach

  • Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in property management and building ownership.
  • Manage and track interactions through CRM software (GoHighLeve).
  • Create and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage clients.

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop and manage social media content (posts, videos, and stories) for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create newsletters, blog posts, and blog content to drive engagement.
  • Edit and produce podcasts, video clips, and marketing media to promote the brand.
  • Record and edit video testimonials, service highlights, and promotional materials.
  • Design flyers, graphics, and promotional assets using Canva or similar tools.

Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive leads.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to improve marketing campaigns and increase engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Sales and marketing experience preferred, especially in business development or B2B sales.
  • Strong outbound calling relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Canva, and CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
  • Experience with social media management, digital marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Ability to edit and produce content using basic video/audio editing tools.
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have an insurable driving record and be able to pass a drug test.
