Position Overview
The Project Manager will manage all phases of substation design projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget. This role is responsible for the project’s profit and loss and will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee full project lifecycle, defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Establish project milestones, timelines, and monitor progress.
- Cost Management: Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, manage costs, and maintain accurate estimates to control the project budget.
- Communication and Coordination: Lead project communication with stakeholders and ensure consistent updates on cost, schedule, and any project concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the project team to ensure client satisfaction, compliance with QA/QC guidelines, and adherence to project policies and procedures.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly report on project metrics, including cost, schedule, safety, environmental issues, and any support needed from the office.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience considered for candidates with a strong background.
- Experience: Background in the physical design of high-voltage electrical substations is required.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
