Your ability to listen, engage, and provide tailored solutions will reinforce the value of Cregger’s exceptional service. What You Bring to the Team
✔ 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
✔ Experience in ServiceTitan or the home services industry (a plus, but not required)
✔ Strong computer skills, including MS Word, email, and CMS applications
✔ Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions
✔ Exceptional communication & relationship-building abilities
✔ Strong time management & organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
✔ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable work ethic
✔ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
✔ Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
