Job Overview:
We are looking for a Cluster Manager who can manage their home Gym and up to 4 additional Gyms, and lead and inspire a team! You will be part of a talented team of Gym Manager’s and fitness professionals focused on creating an exceptional member experience and first-class standards. You will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and members. The Cluster Club Manager will also ensure all policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Responsibilities:
- -Deliver a safe & legal environment at all times ensuring policies and procedures are always adhered to.
- Deliver operational excellence.
- Drive performance, setting clear measurable action plans for improvement at all times.
- Deliver a great member experience on every visit by being highly
- Visible in your club to enable you to listen to, and proactively action, member feedback so we are always best at our busiest.
- Role model and coach your team to understand and demonstrate
- High performance in all areas of their responsibilities.
- Drive a high challenge, high support culture that embraces a “fun whilst being successful” ethos that engages your team and drives
- Positive team retention.
- Proactively hire qualified Personal Trainers to meet resource needs and drive a mindset locally that ensures PureGym is the obvious choice for anyone newly qualified or looking to enhance their PT business.
- Deliver a quality onboarding and induction journey to all new team members that will set them up for success by ensuring they are both confident and competent.
- Immerse yourself in our PT Connect tools to assist you in delivering guidance to your PTs that will enable them to build and maintain a successful business.
- Identify any team members that have an interest in management and work with them to help them achieve their career aspirations as it will also provide succession plans for your club and cluster or region.
- Train and develop your AGM to deputize for you in your home club when needed.
- Deliver a highly successful group ex offering that meets the needs of your members.
- Know who your competitors are within the cluster and understand what your competitors are offering at all times to ensure your clubs can react and gain a competitive edge locally.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership ability professional setting.
- Minimum two (2) years management experience in a customer service business (Preferably Retail or Fitness)
- Proven ability to hire, direct and train staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess honesty and personal integrity.
- Be enthusiastic, energetic and personable.
- Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the service and fitness industry.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Computer literate.
- Hardworking and diligent.
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills.
