What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Manager position at All’s Well?
We are hiring for a Clinical Manager for a residential substance use disorder treatment program located in the San Francisco, CA area.
Your day will consist of the following :
Contributing to the creation of the clinical schedule, elevating and overseeing the delivery of trauma informed and gender responsive care, assigning clients to staff and student therapists, chairing and creating the agenda for the weekly mental health team meeting, QI / QA responsibilities in regard to staff Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) documentation, and coordinating care with the medical team, including psychiatry, at clinics.
You will do great in this role with the following :
- Licensed MFT or LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist from a regionally accredited graduate program in the field of Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Candidates must be licensed for a minimum of two years with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and possess a valid license number.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a substance abuse treatment or community mental health setting.
- Experience in working with people with co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with trauma informed therapy models, cognitive–behavioral therapy, brief psychotherapy and psycho-educational approaches
- Clinical experience and understanding of issues related to child development and parenting.
- Clinical experience and understanding of issues related to HIV / AIDS.
- Experience working with children and / or families
