This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The Clinical Scheduling and Staffing Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Clinical Scheduling and Payroll Clerks, ensuring the efficient and effective staffing of clinical personnel (e.g., RNs, LVNs, CNAs, Safety Monitors) to meet the facility's operational needs. The Clinical Scheduling and Staffing Manager plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and compliant staffing practices, including overseeing the Nursing Hours Per Patient Day (NHPPD), processing overtime, managing PTO requests, and preparing daily and monthly schedules.As the onsite super-user of the OnShift Scheduler, the Clinical Scheduling and Staffing Payroll Manager will ensure the seamless integration of scheduling and payroll operations and plays a key role in driving operational efficiencies.
