This Member Service-Bilingual Position is LONG term temporary NOT REMOTE

You will serve as the primary point of contact for insurance members, offering timely, accurate, and professional assistance over the phone. Health insurance and medical terminology knowledge is a MUST. Provide comprehensive support related to health plan benefits, programs, services, and eligibility. Manage and coordinate member grievances, appeals, and billing concerns, escalating issues to the Grievance and Appeals department when necessary. Educate members and providers on eligibility and benefits.

Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in customer service or a call center role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
