What You’ll Do
- Help Clients with Policy Updates & Questions – Be the go-to resource for policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries.
- Retention & Relationship Management – Check in with clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
- Cross-Sell When It Makes Sense – Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection (e.g., bundling home & auto).
- Stay Organized & Efficient – Use NowCerts AMS to process payments, documentation, and client follow-ups accurately.
- Collaborate with the Team – Work with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 years as an Insurance CSR or Account Manager in an agency setting preferred.
- Licensed in Louisiana (Property & Casualty) – Or willing to obtain within 30 days (Life & Health a plus).
- Exceptional Customer Service & Problem-Solving Skills – You love helping people!
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to multi-task in a busy environment while keeping client records accurate.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable with AMS/CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Team Player Mindset – We thrive on collaboration and a positive attitude!
