Job Summary
The Office Manager provides support for the church’s administrative needs, including managing communications, finances, and volunteer relationships, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the office and building.
Essential Functions:
- Monitor and handle mail, email and voicemail
- Maintain “red book” of ministerial acts
- Create and print worship bulletins
- Pay bills, order supplies
- Log member donations and print donation statements
- Manage and update the online church calendar
- Make sure all office technology is in working order; communicate with vendors when appropriate
- Assist volunteers as needed to support ministry needs
- Other duties as as assigned by the pastor
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Experience with and/or ability to learn office software including Remind, Constant Contact and/or Mailchimp, and Planning Center
- Previous administrative support experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 10 per week
