What You’ll Be Doing:

Your work will directly contribute to the success of our projects and team. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping our office running smoothly with tasks like scheduling, communication, and administrative support.
  • Helping ensure our finances stay organized through QuickBooks Online, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Supporting projects by creating estimates, processing orders, and tracking profitability.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re the kind of person who loves to stay organized and get things done. You’ll thrive here if:

  • You’re comfortable using tools like QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word/Excel, and learning new software.
  • Communication comes naturally to you, whether it’s with clients, tradespeople, or team members.

What You’ll Need:

  • A high school diploma or GED (an associate’s degree is a plus!).
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office experience.
  • A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
  • Most importantly: a positive, can-do attitude!

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
