What You’ll Be Doing:
Your work will directly contribute to the success of our projects and team. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping our office running smoothly with tasks like scheduling, communication, and administrative support.
- Helping ensure our finances stay organized through QuickBooks Online, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Supporting projects by creating estimates, processing orders, and tracking profitability.
- Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and operations.
