What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Nesco Resource?
Location : Lorain Ohio
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $20 - $21 per hour (with an increase upon hire-in)
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and process customer orders.
- Accurately enter orders into logs and maintain proper records.
- Prepare internal and customer-required paperwork and reports.
- Handle cash drawer / register functions, including cash preparation and audits.
- Assist with invoicing activities and ensure timely mailing.
- Perform data entry and filing for invoices and other documents.
- Sort and distribute company mail to appropriate departments.
- Prepare banking deposit slips and manage account sweeps.
- Support warehousing paperwork activities, including documentation filing.
- Assist in customer service-related tasks, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding company-sensitive information.
