Position Overview:
We’re in search of an energetic and personable Chiropractic Assistant to join our vibrant team. As a key front-line member, you will welcome and interact with our patients daily, playing a critical role in their healthcare experience.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Chiropractic Assistant or willing to undergo training to become certified.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical office is preferred but not required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Experience or understanding of insurance and billing.
-Personable with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to clinic needs in a professional manner.
- Self-starter and desire to learn new things.
-Ability to go above and beyond.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth patient flow within the clinic.
- Conduct patient exams, including vitals, bio-mechanical foot scans, and functional movement assessments.
- Administer treatments such as ultrasound, electric stimulation, focused shock-wave, and high-intensity laser therapies.
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, phone management, insurance billing, and patient follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting patients and handling inquiries.
- Support patient education on care plans and treatments as directed by the chiropractor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on the latest chiropractic practices, clinic protocols, and clinic management software.
