Responsibilities
· Be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
· Assist patients with scheduling appointments, ensuring that their needs are accommodated and any specific instructions or concerns are properly addressed.
· Maintain the organization and flow of the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and inviting.
· Collect and update patient information accurately in our electronic health records system, maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all privacy regulations.
· Work closely with the team to assist in patient examinations, treatments, and therapies, ensuring a smooth process.
· Process payments and assist with financial inquiries
· Receiving and making phone calls

Pay: $18.00 - $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
