Our client is seeking a professional individual that is detail oriented, high energy, and professional. Must have the initiative to think things out and take the extra effort to do the best job possible for the best results. Must want to take ownership of your role with the company.

Human Resources/Payroll Administrator – for multiple entities:

• Input payroll into accounting software system for 200 hourly and salary employees.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance, STD, Life Insurance, Worker’s Compensation, etc. Payroll input on this only – coordinate with insurance brokers.
• Address employee inquiries, coordinate annual open insurance enrollment, serving as liaison between online administrator and employees
• Assist with internal and/or external recruiting, including candidate screening, reference checks, hiring and onboarding
• Coordinate employee new-hire, change and termination processes, including I-9 administration, tax processing, benefits enrollment/deactivation.
• Maintain employee files and ensure payroll records are up to date with earnings and deductions. Maintain scheduling of employee service and performance review dates.
• Perform other duties as required

Education and Work Experience required:

Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration a plus
