What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at All Solutions Pest Control?
We are a family owned pest control company searching for an positive, self-motivated office admin to manage day-to-day operations.
Office Admin Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet
- High School diploma, college is a plus
- Know how to read and understand maps so you can schedule appointments
- Comfortable taking and making phone calls
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented
- Willing to take incoming sales calls. (will be paid extra for making sales)
- Willing to work 8:00-5:00 shift
Office Admin Duties:
- Answering income calls
- Helping customers schedule services
- Prepare marketing materials (Welcome packets, etc)
- Help with Billing and sending out invoices
- Be a positive member of the office team and work together to accomplish all needed tasks
- Accurately maintain client records.
- Prepare for client appointments by ensuring all necessary information is prepared in advance
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ownership mentality; we believe a positive work environment makes all the difference.
- Additional duties as needs arise to help ASPC Office team
- Respond to emails leads and other inquirers
Salary: $15.00 to $17.50 /hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
