Plant Operations Manager

• Stay up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and technologies.
• Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate with executives, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on plant performance and issues.
• Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant data.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Extensive experience in manufacturing, production management, and/or plant operations, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
