Responsibilities
- Homework assistance
- Help back office staff with food pre and services and girl groups coaching
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer phone calls and assist in customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
- Help with dismissal and closing
Requirements
- Experience in child care (front and back office and as counsellor)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- 45 hours in child care an asset
