What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate/Customer Service position at All Star ACE Hardware?
Sales Associate/Customer Service. Looking for a candidate who can work as a member of a team, who enjoys helping the public find the correct product, and who wants a friendly, family oriented setting. Candidate may also spend some time as a cashier when checkout lines are long. Experience in hardware, paint, plumbing, electrical, or lawn and garden highly preferred.
You will need reliable transportation and a sincere willingness to work. Not only will you be helping customers find the correct product(s), you will be doing physical tasks as well. You must be in good physical condition as you will be helping unload trucks, restock inventory, and assist customers in loading mulch, sand, etc. into their vehicles. The ability to lift and load 50-60 lb. bags of mulch and concrete, and to understand the importance of being reliable and on time are requirements of this position.
You will need to be flexible in your schedule, as weekend work is usually required (but you will have some weekends off). We can teach hardware, but not a great attitude. That you need to bring with you. If you want to learn new things, grow in your responsibilities, move up, and enjoy doing it, we're looking for you.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
