Customer Service Sales Agent - Full-time
All Star is looking for an experienced salesperson to assist in managing daily phone sales on inbound calls for its corporate store. If you enjoy being part of a growing company, a fast-paced environment and seeing the fruits of your labor, All Star is the place for you!
Commission opportunities in addition to salary are available after 30 days in position. 10 days PTO and full medical benefits after 60 days in position. 401k matching plan being offered after 1 year of employment.

Hourly wage: $18/hr. plus monthly bonus/commission opportunities. $35,000-$65,000 average earning opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Incoming phone call sales with existing clients
Maintain and build upon existing relationships with vendors
Handle all client invoices
Interact with production team to ensure order accuracy
Oversee continued organization of office
Provide an unparalleled customer service experience
Skills and Experience
Strong personality that works well in a team
At least 5 years of extensive customer service experience. Known for following through.
Quick thinker. Job is fast paced and requires prompt decision making.
Ability to successfully add value to a team
Phone sales experience required
Understanding of automotive industry and parts (helpful)
Computer and technology skills are essential
Ability to multi-task
Teachable, friendly, willing to help in all needed areas
College Degree preferable
Spanish speaking is not essential, but would be helpful
Position is very fast paced so will need to be able to handle high intensity of calls and workload
