- Have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
- Be punctual, dependable, and professional when interacting with customers, transporting them to and from home/work while vehicle is being repaired
- Be a great positive personality in all customer-focused situations
- Have strong knowledge of Columbia roads, local routes and traffic patterns
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely transport customers to and from designated locations in a timely manner, while vehicle is being repaired
- Maintain cleanliness and overall responsibility of the shuttle vehicle to ensure a professional appearance
- Assist passengers always, ensuring a comfortable experience
- Follow ALL traffic laws and company policies to ensure a safe driving experience and positive company representation
- Keep a record of trips (passenger names, destinations, pick up points etc.)
- Time Management, timely departures and arrivals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with less than three violations in three years (Required)
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred but not required
- Pass all background checks and drug screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
