Job Duties
As a Professional Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing detailed cleaning for residential, commercial, Airbnb, and post-construction properties.
- Ensuring all spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and are ready for guests, tenants, or owners.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and other areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and organizing as required.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Managing your time efficiently to complete jobs on schedule.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
- A reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Access to your own cleaning supplies and equipment, or willingness to follow company policies regarding supplies.
