Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic financial partner to senior management, providing insights that shape business and financial strategy
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with business unit heads to consolidate and refine financial plans
• Develop and implement advanced financial models to project long-term growth, assess risks, and evaluate key business drivers
• Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis, leveraging data to provide actionable insights for revenue optimization and cost efficiencies
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Establish and enhance best-in-class financial systems, tools, and processes to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making capabilities
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and best practices
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and operational efficiency, ensuring the business remains agile in a dynamic environment
• Provide clear and comprehensive financial performance updates to executive leadership, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
• Offer leadership and mentorship to FP&A team members, fostering professional development and high performance
• Ensure timely execution of key financial deliverables
• Other duties as assigned and modified at the manager’s discretion
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Highly analytical, with a strong ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to align financial strategy with overall company objectives
• System-savvy, with proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced analytics/business intelligence tools.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, scenario planning, and business modeling
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and financial data visualization
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy
• Diverse industry and/or health-adjacent industry experience is a plus
Education/ Experience/ Specialized Knowledge Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or Master’s in Finance strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong analysis background, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning
• Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools (e.g., Sage Intacct, SAP, Adaptive, or similar).
• Strong background in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel modeling.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
