What You'll Do

  • Develop the Marketing Plan: create and implement marketing plans that drive revenue growth and delight our providers and clients, and keep us on budget
  • Own the Narrative: Be the guardian of our brand and voice. From web content to ad campaigns, make sure our story resonates with clients, providers, and future teammates.
  • Create Demand (Like, a LOT of Demand): Lead full-funnel demand generation efforts that drive measurable growth, leveraging paid media, email, field and events, and organic channels to keep the pipeline thriving.
  • Dominate SEO: Turn search engines into your best friends, ensuring we rank high and stay visible to those who need us.
  • Inspire Creativity: Oversee content, creative, and design teams to craft engaging materials that leave a lasting impression.
  • Follow the Data: Use insights to make smart, informed decisions—because what gets measured gets managed.
  • Turn Friends to Evangelists: Produce full-funnel campaign strategies, tactics and content that keep our friends close and turn them into brand loyalists
  • Lift Internal Communications: Create the kinds of internal comms that employees actually like to read and interact with, building culture with every character
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability that makes your team unstoppable.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Build long-term, unshakable relationships with sales that drives alignment and emphasizes sustainable growth.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, with experience leading demand generation, SEO, content, and brand strategy. You’ve built the tech stack and created process that drive growth; this isn’t new.
  • A love for both the creative and analytical sides of marketing—you’re as comfortable with brainstorming as you are with dashboards.
  • Stellar leadership skills to guide and grow a high-performing team.
  • Experience in healthcare, recruitment, or a similar industry (bonus points, but not required).
  • The ability to juggle a million priorities while keeping your cool—and your sense of humor.
  • Digital savvy: be familiar with current technologies and platforms, while watching emerging trends. Know where to experiment and why.
  • A builder mentality – knowing that we are navigating a change curve, while exploring the unknown for a growing, profitable firm
  • Process-oriented, scrappy always. You understand how to build cross-functional process that doesn’t feel heavy or restrictive, building bridges not walls.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Healthcare, recruiting or a combination of both industry experience a major bonus.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on B2B/B2C demand generation in high growth environments.
  • At least seven (7) years of leadership experience, managing managers.
  • Significant experience driving agency collaboration and performance with both on- and off-shore resources
  • Deep experience navigating HubSpot and a full MarTech stack that drive lead nurturing, customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytical tools.
  • Expertise in SEO, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Trusted advisor to Sales leadership teams and developer of data driven marketing strategies and programs.
  • Expert on delivering measurable marketing ROI with expertise in all aspects of B2B and B2C direct marketing, including database marketing, analytics/segmentation, media planning and all forms of digital marketing.

Salary : $175,000 - $190,000
