Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude.
- Answer phones with enthusiasm and provide excellent customer service.
- Tackle a variety of office duties, from filing paperwork to organizing schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide them with all the information they need.
- Assist with entering estimates and change orders for clients.
- Keep our office in tip-top shape and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
Requirements:
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Two years of previous customer service experience.

Shift Schedule:
- Winter Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We usually offer one set days off during the week, depending on the specific week's requirements, ensuring you have a balanced work schedule.
- Summer Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Just like in the winter, we provide a set day off during the week to give you the flexibility you need to enjoy the season.
