Outside Sales Rep

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and business development, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Primarily selling to businesses, schools, sports teams, churches, etc.. Selling goods such as tshirts, hats, jackets, uniforms, etc..

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits and communication.
• Identify potential sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize account value and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
• Experience in business development or account management is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with software solutions and technical sales processes is a plus.
• A proactive approach to upselling and identifying new business opportunities is essential.

This position is commission pay only and is a percentage of the final sale. The more motivated you are to make the sale, the more money for your pocket! You can literally make as much or as little as you want. This can be a full-time or part-time job, the choice is yours. Can be a nice side job as well to earn extra cash.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

• Monday to Friday
