Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Netforks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interprets customer needs and proposes product solutions for standard and custom fabricated applications
- Develops an understanding of basic company products and systems to be able to support customer requests and requirements.
- Follows-up on new inquiries and builds long-term relationships with key accounts
- Capable of assisting e-commerce customer support requirements, including customer “chat” email leads and order entry.
- Follows-up on order execution ensuring all organization commitments are met
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Complies with the requirements of the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System (when required).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, climb, bend and kneel on an occasional basis.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regular manual dexterity/coordination: hand/eye movements, motor control.
- Regular visual effort: concentrated reading of documentation or close viewing of computer displays.
- Able to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs. on an occasional basis.
Required Education/Experience/Skills
- B.S./B.A. and/or experience with construction/material handling equipment or relevant work experience.
- 1 - 3 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Understanding of or comfort level with technical, industrial and/or construction products.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, shipping, quoting order entry and CRM software.
- Type minimum of 50 WPM.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Appropriate market knowledge.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish).
