Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews using platforms
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administer employee performance management programs and support talent management initiatives.
- Assist in conflict resolution and employee relations matters to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development and organizational growth.
- Support contract administration for employee agreements and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions including benefits administration, training coordination, and policy implementation.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within human resources.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, iCIMS, or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and performance management processes.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in strategic planning related to human resources initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
