Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus, possess strong administrative skills, and be proficient in QuickBooks and other computer applications. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally in English and Spanish.
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from Miami Lakes.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
