Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Sales Manager to join our Kansas City, MO team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the staffing market.
- Represent All Team Staffing at networking events, trade shows, and community activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field, in the staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
