What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary/Customer Service/Light Bookeeper position at All Temperature Service, Inc.?
All Temperature Service has been in business for over 30 years. We are an Air Conditioning Company which has an office next door to our home in SW Ranches. We have 15 service techs that work for us at the current time. I am looking for someone to start right away.
Be a TEAM player & willing to help where needed
Willing to work and help others in the office with tasks
Answer phones & take customers information for service
Help all Service Techs with customer/job information
Be familiar with Excel and Word
Able to use a computer with email functions
Enter accounts receivables & payable into Quick Books 2023 Pro Plus version (Willing to teach)
Process payments from customers
Pay vendors (will teach)
Make collection calls when needed
Be willing to train on the One Step GPS program
Train to be able to process permits for cities and train to process Notice to Owner documents.
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to work alone, be self motivated and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Be punctual
