Overview
Our client represent some of the most establish and longest running venues in Corpus Christi including some of the finest commercial and residential estate in Corpus Christi and San Antonio. We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to assist the expansion of our management portfolio! We are looking for candidates who are interested in growing with a company and expanding their career as we expand in other markets.
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Manages petty cash, checks to outside vendors.
- Generating daily sales report
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous administrative experience.
- Must have cash handling experience
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks
- Must have experience with basic accounting, math, clerical skills, answering the phone
