Civil Site Project Coordinator

All Terrain Tractor Service, Inc is a full-service site development company specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete construction. We’ve been in business for 18 years and are looking to bring on an additional full-time Project Manager to our operations team.

Duties:

• Review new contracts and prep job file according, ensure compliance and avoid risk
• Timely and organized completion of pre-job scheduling and preparation
• Files NTO’s and pulls permits according to need
• Obtain approval on variance/extra purchase order requested by the field
• Obtain change orders and facilitate communication from customers to superintendents
• Create and review project submittals
• Support scope of work being the liaison between estimators, superintendents, foreman, management, and other necessary parties throughout the project
• Additional duties and projects may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with site development construction
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project manager for construction projects
• Understanding of civil/site construction scope of work: earthwork, grading, excavation, under utilities, sub base installation, concrete and asphalt installation
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to confidently operate basic office equipment (i.e. PC, copier, fax machine)
• Excellent attention to detail and is necessary to succeed in this position
• Follow Up and Organizational skills are crucial
• Experience using Ground Work Earthrules and Bluebeam Revu estimating software is a plus
