Assistant Manager – Tunnel Car Wash Location: All Washed Up Car Wash
All Washed Up is hiring an Assistant Manager for our fast-paced, high-volume tunnel car wash. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused leader to help keep our operations running smoothly and our team motivated. Responsibilities:
- Assist the location manager with daily operations and staffing
- Supervise part-time staff and maintain productivity during manager’s absence
- Provide customer support: manage memberships, update info, handle refunds/claims
- Open/close the site using daily checklists
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot POS, cameras, and support systems (with vendor assistance)
- Participate in hiring and training new team members
- Promote and sell wash club memberships to customers
- Keep the property clean, including stocking supplies, towel care, and trash removal
- Snow removal and landscaping maintenance as needed
- Report any major equipment issues to the manager
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Willingness to complete a background check
Schedule:
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:15 PM, 364 days/year
- Closed Christmas Day, Half-Day on Christmas Eve
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) with possible overtime during busy periods
