Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for video, content, and all things social? We’re looking for a hands-on content creator and social media manager to help bring our brands to life online!
You’ll be working across All Washed Up, All Lit Up, and All Sealed Up — three high-visibility service brands that thrive on visual transformation. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the go, capturing real work in action, and turning it into engaging social content.
🚀 What You'll Do:- Film on-site video content at real job locations (pressure washing, lighting installs, concrete coatings)
- Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and stories
- Manage our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
- Post consistently, track performance, and stay ahead of trends
- Work closely with our leadership team to tell the brand story in fresh and creative ways
- Experience filming and editing social-first content
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit deadlines
- Ability to be on job sites regularly (Lynchburg, VA area)
- A creative mind with an eye for brand voice and visual storytelling
- Graphic design or photography
- Experience growing social audiences
- Background in service industries or local business branding
