Each week, apprentices will come together to participate in training sessions that will cover various topics including, safety, professional skills, HR topics, and company knowledge. These topics are aimed to create a better understanding of All Weather as a company and to train apprentices on work/life skills that they can take to any future position.
Based on performance and mutual acceptance, this program has the opportunity to be extended after the 12-weeks to a full time, permanent position with All Weather, which would include a pay increase and the All Weather benefit package.
