Responsibilities:
- Monitor service requests and assign technicians to jobs.
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician assignments.
- Provide customer support and technical advice to customers as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and technicians.
- Sell, type and send out preventative maintenance memberships
- Manage customer accounts and billing information.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Advanced customer service and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Geographical knowledge of Nassau and Suffolk
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Stong multi-tasking skills
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, billing, dispatching or project management or equivalent combinations of education and experience
