Entry Level Marketing Representative

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family-owned company of 40 years, leading the home improvement industry and known for exceptional products and customer service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Neighborhood Renovation team in our Field Marketing Role. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in executing our direct marketing initiatives to reach potential customers in targeted areas. This position is an hourly base pay performance based bonuses.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with residents in designated neighborhoods to communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
• Capturing and documenting customer feedback and data accurately.
• Representing the company professionally and positively in all interactions with customers and the community.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Results driven individual.
