Compensation: Base Pay of $15/hr $5-$35/hr in bonus pay!

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging door-to-door canvassing to connect with residents and educate them about our offerings.
- Collect and record data, including feedback and contact information, to help us improve our services.
- Represent All Weather Seal of West Michigan with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Attend training sessions and collaborate in team meetings to enhance your marketing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
