Home Improvement Production Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and optimize our installation process from start to finish. As the Home Improvement Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing field teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects, maintaining efficiency in workflow and resources, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds homeowner expectations. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating installation logistics, refining processes, and driving financial success—all while fostering a customer-first culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Installation Teams – Oversee and support measuring and installation crews, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped to deliver top-tier service.
- Optimize Workflow & Resources – Forecast project demands, manage labor capacity, and ensure all materials and resources are available for smooth execution.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction – Engage with homeowners, address concerns proactively, and create an outstanding installation experience that leads to high satisfaction ratings.
- Enhance Process Efficiency – Implement strategies to streamline operations, improve timelines, and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor Performance & Quality – Conduct site visits, audit installations, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Financial Oversight – Track and analyze project costs, manage budgets, and work towards maximizing profitability.
- Build & Develop Talent – Recruit, train, and mentor team members and independent contractors to maintain a high-performing workforce.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 7 years of experience in home improvement, construction, or a related field.
- 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and driving results.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, installation best practices, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing independent contractors.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
