We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers in the office, over the phone, and through email. Ideally, this position will be filled by someone who is a team player and understands that giving the customer an exceptional experience is our number one goal! This person will be responsible for:
- Assisting new and existing customers by promoting and facilitating phone, internet and video customer solutions
- Serving in a critical role working with many groups to meet the All West standard of customer satisfaction
Tasks Include:
- Customer care
- Customer education
- Payment processing
- Customer recordkeeping
Requirements:
- Great attitude
- Enthusiasm for technology
- Quick learner
- Excellent people skills
- Willingness to learn
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Proven success learning new computer programs
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hours are 8:30pm-5:30pm, Monday - Friday in our Ogden office.
