Job Description: Executive Assistant to Top Producing Loan Officer
Position Overview:

The starting pay for this position will range between $40,000 to $50,000 depending on experience and education level, with additional monthly bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
Personal Assistance:
Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight booking, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
Organize and maintain various personal documents, files, and records.
Provide support in personal tasks such as event planning, gift purchasing, and coordinating household management activities.
Assist with social media management and marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency and engaging content.
Professional Assistance:
Act as a Loan Officer Assistant/Processor, supporting the executive in her role within the loan industry.
Assist with loan application processing, including gathering and organizing client information, verifying documentation, and preparing loan packages.
Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other relevant parties to facilitate the loan approval process.
Maintain an organized database of loan files and update loan status regularly.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.
