\Job Summary
\This EHS Compliance and Training Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join our team. As a key member of our field operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate, federal, and state safety policies.
\You will develop training materials, conduct safety training and new hire orientation, and conduct site observations for safety compliance. Your expertise will be essential in identifying hazards, developing controls, and providing training documentation to ensure worksites have required OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations in place.
\Key Responsibilities

- Develop training materials for specific site hazards based on site visit needs assessments \
- Conduct incident investigations and perform post-accident drug screens \
- Attend Morning Huddles and participate in project planning meetings \
- Purchase safety equipment as needed \
- Perform other duties as required or assigned \\$

Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in HSE/Safety or a related field, or equivalent experience in a HSE/Safety role. You should also have valid drivers' licenses and be willing to travel overnight or long distances on occasion.
