Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Product Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can advise on high-level product strategy while also being hands-on in delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in various product delivery frameworks, the ability to assess and implement the most effective approach for the team, and the willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

Your work will take place in a strategic environment that requires the ability to conceive, communicate, and execute a creative vision and will hone your existing design leadership skills. 

• Partner with leadership to define and drive high-level product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. 
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate product delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) based on team and project requirements. 
• Act as a hands-on contributor to product delivery activities, including backlog prioritization, writing user stories, and managing sprints. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless product execution. 
• Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product roadmaps and strategies. 
• Define and track product success metrics, ensuring alignment with business outcomes. 
• Mentor junior product team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. 
• Assess a client’s current product operating model and coach them on how to improve 

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. 
• Strategy: Strong ability to define and execute high-level product strategies. 
• Framework Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various product delivery frameworks and the ability to assess and implement the most effective one for different teams and projects. 
• Hands-On: Proven capability to roll up your sleeves and participate in day-to-day product delivery activities. 
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams. 
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions. 
• Communication: Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

• Familiarity with helping teams get to continuous discovery and delivery. 
• Experience managing products across both web and mobile platforms. 
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other product management software. 
• Knowledge of design thinking and user-centered design principles. 
• Experience mentoring or leading other product managers or product owners.
