Job Summary
The Sales Lead Coordinator will work with Techs, Tech Manager, Sales Team and Sales Manager to coordinate sales leads, ensuring they turn into successful sales with our comfort advisor team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administrative support for our sales team
  • Communicate with technicians to set sales leads – create an effective transition from technicians to sales reps.
  • Track results of all sales calls and produce weekly reports to management.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure quality work.
  • Work with the Install team to ensure the install call board is full.
  • Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and standards.
  • Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process, using approved company presentation materials and methods.
  • Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
  • Follow through on proposals, pending sales, invoicing, financing, and job costing.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.

Education & Experience

Physical Demands:

  • Must be physically able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 20 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time.
Work Environment:
  • Office base
WORK SCHEDULE
  • Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
