Business Development Representative
Home Care Agency is looking for experience Business Development Representative - Raleigh, NC
At Allcare Home Health Agency, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our agency is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and goal-orientated individual to join us as a Business Development Representative.
The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services, establishing partnerships with Physicians, Case Managers, Hospital Discharge Planners, Community Organizations and other local businesses, and driving new client acquisition. The Business Development Representative will represent our agency in the community and serve as a trusted resource for families seeking home care services.
Responsibilities:
· Generate referrals for the agency by marketing the agency’s services directly to Doctor’s Offices, Hospital Discharge Planners, Case Managers, Social Workers, Surgical Centers, Assisted Living Facilities, Senior Centers, Rehab Facilities, Veterans Administration and build relationships with all parties.
· Identify, network and develop relationships with healthcare providers to generate new client opportunities.
· Actively generate leads and sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
· Educate families, healthcare professionals, and community groups on the benefits of home care services.
· Attend community outreach programs, health fairs, and networking events to promote the agency and its services.
· Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, referrals, and relationship-building activities in the CRM system.
· Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with rehab facilities, hospitals, assisted living facilities, case managers, government agencies
· Seek out and acquire new contract opportunities for agency in Assisted Living Facilities.
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the agency’s overall growth goals.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, business development, or community outreach, preferably in home health or home care.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
· Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven
· Knowledge of the home care industry and home health services is a plus
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits:
· Base Salary plus commission

Physical Requirements:
- Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
